A card that spends from your private STRK20 pool.
Swipe and it approves instantly against your card limits. The money is drawn from your shielded balance, and you program what else each swipe does.
One honest exception: the hosted settlement account that pays the merchant is custodial. Sealed's operator holds a derived key and can see its settlements, and the settlement token, amount, and recipient land on Starknet in the clear.
